About Kind Mind PDX

Kind Mind PDX was founded with a simple belief: every child, young adult, and family deserves compassionate, high-quality mental health care that recognizes their unique strengths. We are building a behavioral health organization where evidence-based treatment, creativity, and genuine human connection come together to help people heal and thrive.

Kind Mind PDX is developing intensive outpatient behavioral health services for individuals who need more structured support than traditional outpatient therapy. Our approach is designed to provide comprehensive, individualized care while allowing clients to remain connected to their families, schools, work, and communities.

We are currently working toward certification to provide Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) services and look forward to expanding this level of care at Kind Mind PDX.

While our services currently include virtual therapy, this is only the beginning. Our long-term vision is to build a comprehensive behavioral health organization that continues to expand with new programs, family support services, and innovative treatment options to meet the evolving needs of the Portland metro community.
